Abhishek Bachchan has been out of the limelight ever since his last two movies got a bashing from everybody - Raavan and Khelen Hum Jee Jan Se. But nothing stops this actor from doing what he wants to do because he is a good actor at the end of the day.
Recently, Abhishek talked to the media about how he is secured about his work and acting:
I am very confident of what I do. I am not insecure about another actor in the frame with me because I have the confidence to hold my own in front of that person regardless of who that person is. Secondly, I am not the actor who goes around cutting other people's roles. If you know what the script is and the demands of the film are and if you have a problem with that then don't do the film or ask the person to change things before you start the film. But once you are on the set, it is absolutely wrong to go about changing the scene or win over a scene or editing people out or whatever it is that people are accused of."
2011 will be a busy year for 2011 with many films lined up like Players, Dum Maro Dum, Dostana 2, Hera Pheri 4 and Bol Bachchan.
What I like about Abhishek is his never ending spirit of doing well. Yes, his English accent sometimes becomes irritating, without which he is rather too good a man. He is a decent gentleman and perhaps one of only few gentlemen in the Hindi cinema. He knows how to act. He is someone who is always lost behind the works of his wife or father although he is a better actor than them in many areas. It would not to be too bad if he too gets more success ... there is definitely more than Sarkar and Guru. He has more talent to share.
