So last night, was the grand finale of Bigg Boss season 4. 14 weeks passed by so quickly it is not even funny. Time is really running like anything. Anyway, the four finalists were the Irritating Dolly Bindra, Fun & Funky Ashmit Patel who had become quite sober in the last 2 weeks, the Great Khali and Diplomatic Shweta Tiwari.

Dolly had the lowest votes, then Ashmit followed by Khali...leaving Shweta Tiwari the winner of Bigg Boss season 4. This is the first time, a woman housemate has won the title and award in the program. We all do know, Shweta already had a huge fan base as she has been performing for quite a few years now. Also, the fact that she is a single mom and has to take care of her daughter won her a lot soft corner from many people.

I personally felt Ashmit or Khali were more deserving...but it's ok if she won too. It is true, the money would help her in considering her daughter's future plans and all. Thank god, Dolly Bindra didn't win anything.

It was a very long show last night with many performances. Sara Khan performed on Zor Ka Jhatka but she preferred not to talk about her marriage since we heard she faced issues after coming out of the Bigg Boss house. She is currently not even living with her husband Ali Merchant.

Anchal Kumar performed on Udi Udi while Veena Malik performed on Sheila Ki Jawani (this time definitely much better). Hrishant Goswami didn't look great in that moustache of his but he performed on Bachna Aye Haseeno.

Samir Soni won the Chevrolet Cruz as they company thought he was the most stylish and cool housemate and deserved the car definitely.

Dolly Bindra was definitely shocked and sad that Shweta won...she can dance in her hatred. In the end, Khali took a solid stand not to befriend Dolly. Even he got tired of her bitchy attitude and said openly to Salman Khan in front of Dolly that there is a limit to what one can bear and that Hindustan is not blind. The country knows who is right and who is wrong. The people can see. So he was sure that Dolly would go out because of her attitude.

Manoj Tiwari till last night had major issues. He still had complaints about many things even with Salman Khan who smartly handled the situation. But Manoj Tiwari came out as a weird, materialistic person with a cold heart where he degraded other housemates.

Tanu Weds Manu was promoted during the grand finale also where Kangana Ranaut and Madhavan came to promote their upcoming movie. I read that Salman and Kangana were very close earlier and she attended most of their family parties some time back. Then something happened and she was not invited to Khan clan events. However, Salman chose Tanu Weds Manu as the only movie to be promoted although there were many other movies also that wanted to promote themselves on the Grand Finale. So, perhaps Salman and Kangana are friends again or things are normal between them we can only hope without knowing many details.
