
The screen beauty is soon going to launch a new fitness book ‘Women and the Weight Loss Tamasha’ on January 15. The book is said to be a comprehensive one on women, food and everything between puberty and marriage to pregnancy and menopause.
Written by Kareena’s dietician and fitness professional Rujuta Divekar, the book will also include a complementary audio-book for which the actress has rendered her voice for the narration. Beside, the book will have a handwritten note by Kareena herself.
Kareena believes fitness is food for the soul and a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. So she was keen to deliver the message to all women to keep fit. In the audio-book, Kareena addresses the working woman's problem of eating right and on time, sources added.
