Akshay Kumar Won't Take Any Nonsense Off Screen

Akshay Kumar may be a great actor when it comes to play comic roles but off the screen he is a no-nonsense guy. On the promotional event of Thank You, where the cast of the film graced weddings of two couples, it became quite obvious that Akshay is not going to take any smart comments.

Everything was all right until a person from the media asked Anees Bazmee, "You have written and directed the film. But who writes the film's publicity script?" Akshay took the mike and said, "The film's publicists." The journalist then cheekily asked, "So, if you have a murder mystery tomorrow, will you organise some sort of a murder?" This rubbed Akshay the wrong way and he fumed, "Do you think these marriages are fake? Have you come here for a walk? Do you know anything about these couples?"

"I have just come back from Chandigarh and got to know about them. Actually, they wanted to have some big stars attending their weddings," said Akki before handing the mike to one of the grooms.

The groom revealed, "When we were having our court marriage, we dreamt of having some stars for our wedding. Luckily my aunt had a contact in UTV and it was made possible. I still can't believe stars have come to our wedding."

Akshay, now in a calmer tone, added, "This isn't a publicity stunt. It was just a coincidence that their wedding happened during the same time as our film's promotion. We got a call from UTV and we are here. If we have made a mistake, please forgive us."

No Dirty Dancing For Bobby Deol

Bobby Deol, Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty and Irfaan Khan are coming together in Anees Bazmi's Thank You. All the four men are having extra marital affairs with some hot girls. They also have quite a few steamy bedroom scenes as well.

Thank You does not only have one item song with Mallika Sherawat but it also has an exciting item song, which is the remake of Jaanbaz's Pyar Do Pyar Lo. This song will be picturized on the four play boys. There will be a dance step in which the guys have to spank the girls because it goes well with the entire choreography. 

However, Bobby Deol has flatly refused to do this dirty dance step. Even when Anees Bazmi tried to convince him, he refused because Bobby says he is a married man and doesn't want to do anything extremely provocative on screen. 

So, now only Akshay and Irfaan Khan will do the spanking scene. And everybody is teasing Bobby for his reservations and shyness. 

Salman Khan & Tuk Tuk

“It was Bhai’s (Salman’s) idea to shoot with tuk-tuks which are very fast and powerful. He wanted to shoot an action sequence nobody has done before,” informes Bhushan Kumar to the world

“People have shot romantic songs or scenes perhaps, but such a high-voltage action sequence will be seen for the first time in ‘Ready’. People will enjoy this unique Thai action,” he added.

This stunt has been done for Anees Bazmee’s Ready which will be released on June 6^th. Salman Khan suggested the idea of tuk tuk & this action scene was specifically written for him. The scene required two tuk-tuks to blow up and Salman had to jump into another tuk-tuk and drive off. Salman Khan also fought with a tiger in one of the movies. I don’t remember the name, but I was supposed to watch T2 on that day & that too on the big screen, but I preferred watching that particular horror movie at home. I still can’t recall the name, but I do remember the year. It was 92 & the movie was funny & his heroine was one fat woman.
