Zaheer Khan Might Tie The Knot With Isha Sharwani

The most recent buzz is that Zaheer Khan the cricketer and Isha Sharwani might tie the knot soon.

The couple first met in 2005 and were dating each other for two years. Then they broke up their relationship in 2007 but got back together after some time.

Zaheer's parents want him to settle down soon and it is believed that Zaheer would feel it is about time to marry his sweet heart Isha.

Isha is a well known dancer and has starred in movies like Kisna and Luck By Chance.

This is not a confirmed news as yet but everybody is hoping that this celeb wedding should take place soon.

Madhuri Is Back In USA

Madhuri Dixit made Jhalak Dikhla Jaa a phenomenal show just by her presence this season. Although, there was strong news that she will be doing the next season too but nothing is certain at the moment.

Madhuri has gone back to US to be with her family and kids. She was very candid about doing the next season of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa. She said she really enjoyed doing the first season and would not mind doing another one but at the moment her fees is being negotiated. Till the negotiations are finalized she cannot say for sure if she would judge the show once again or not.

Also she said she was missing her kids and husband. It was one of her longest stays in Mumbai away from her family and she could not really stay away for too long from them. She also listened to many scripts but did not sign up any movie. She said none of the movies or scripts were strong enough to make her stay away from her family.

Well, I guess it is all about the money. Whenever, she will get enough money for the show she will come back on TV. If she will see a great, impactful movie role (not a mother's role as she didn't want to play mommy) then we will see her in a movie too. I don't really buy all the other stuff really. At the end of the day an entertainer remains an entertainer all their life and they want good money for their art. Giving up on things entirely is difficult. I am sure we will see more of Madhuri in the years ahead.

Rani Mukherji Does Not Believe In A Secret Marriage

Rani Mukherji is one actress who now takes news of her marriage as a joke. She has tied the knot at least six times, as per the media reports in the past many years. It has often been said that she is secretly married.

However, according to close sources Rani believes in the institution of marriage very strongly so she will not secretly marry a man. She believes in BAND, BAAJA and BARAAT when it comes to marriage and wants to get married in a traditional, happy, dappy, joyous, loud manner.

She denies all the rumours that she has a strained relationship with the Chopras. At the moment she is looking for decent projects after the success of No One Killed Jessica.

Well, the media should let the woman be. Whenever, she will announce we should celebrate the occasion with her accordingly.

Is There Really A Marriage Taking Place?

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor have been together for a long time now. Kareena has shown her interest in marriage quite openly. She even disclosed that she wants to marry him in 2012 in Koffee with Karan recently.

We are never really sure looking at Saif's flirtatious track record. He married Amrita Singh first but got divorced in 2004. He has two kids with this marriage. It is said that he was always into other girls during his marriage also. Then he had an affair with the Italian model Rosa after his divorce but he got irritated that she was pushing him for getting roles in the Hindi movies. Next, he did have the hots for Bipasha Basu, however, she never bothered much about Saif. So, he naturally settled down for Kareena who was dying to be with him after ditching Shahid.

There is an if till it all happens but Sharmila Tagore has openly mentioned that Saif and Kareena are in fact going to get married soon. They have given immense thought on settling down and Saif already talked to his mother about it. According to Sharmila ji, the couple just have to decide upon a date.

So, this is the latest news on Saif and Kareena. If they will get married, we will report it hopefully. I am just 1% more interested in their marriage news compared to the royal wedding (which is not at all important to me at least).

Lara Dutta & Mahesh Bhupathi Got Married

Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi have tied the knot in a very private affair, which was attended by their families only at Mahesh's Bandra house today.

Mahesh tweeted as he got married "Meet Mr. and Mrs. Bhupathi folks"

The couple will leave for Goa tonight to have a church wedding on the 19th of Feb.

Lisa Ray - Focus is On Yoga Not On Marriage

Lisa Ray, who was out of sight for quite some time because of her illness and her battle with cancer is now in news. She is often asked about her plans for marriage with her faithful companion, Brett Wilson but Lisa clearly tells everybody that marriage is not on the cards. She is happy about her life and feels blessed after recovering from illness.

Lisa said, "The point is, marriage is not on the cards. The news that came out is unfounded. I am very good friends with Brett and I described marriage as an imperfect institution to make light of the situation, not to make light of marriage."

She is more excited about opening her yoga studio in Toronto this year for which work is going on currently. Yoga helped Lisa spiritually, mentally and physically. She wants to share her experience of yoga with the world. So that's all for now, Lisa Ray is busy with her work and marriage is out of the scene at the moment. 

Veena Malik Breaks Off Her Engagement

A few days ago, just when Veena Malik was evicted from Bigg Boss 4, my sister saw on some local morning show that people were predicting the future of Veena Malik. As per that, Veena would break her current engagement. 

So, the prediction has apparently come true. Veena Malik announced that she has decided to end her engagement with her fiance Faisal Akbar Khan. Faisal is a business man in New York and a family friend of Veena Malik. 

Media assumes, this break up has something to do with Ashmit Patel and Veena's closeness. Veena said once again that Ashmit is a good friend but nothing more. Veena said it is her own personal decision and the only reason why she called it off was because she tried hard to work on this relationship but the two can't understand each other well. She has to work hard on her career and so she feels she can't marry him without much understanding. This is why she broke the engagement with Faisal.

She said Faisal proposed a long time ago but she was not interested. It was after her Mohammad Asif dumped her, she came under lots of controversy and Asif married somebody else, that Veena's family asked her to marry Faisal. Veena couldn't refuse her family then after going through so much in her love life.

This is what she said:

"I called up Faisal and told him that I can no longer marry him. I told him that I am breaking the engagement as I have to focus on my career. We couldn't develop an understanding and there was no use in dragging this engagement any further."

Well fair enough if this is what is going through her head. Sometimes when you get into a relationship because of others when you are not mentally ready for it, your heart hardly accepts it. For some people such a situation can be suffocating. I kind of know this feeling. Though the guy seems to be decent but Veena believes she has many men out there waiting for her as she said in Bigg Boss 4 also...so perhaps she would eventually find someone else.

Wedding bells for Lisa Ray?

Model-turned actress Lisa Ray has denied rumours that she is getting married to her Canadian friend W. Brett Wilson.

A newspaper had reported that the two had decided to take their friendship to another level and that marriage is on cards.

"Rumours of marriage??! Jeez! Why subject a great friendship to an imperfect institution," the 38-year-old actress posted on her Twitter page.

Lara and Mahesh Planning To Tie The Knot In February

Looks like everyone is busy tying the knot. Imran Khan will be a married man by next week. Just read that Samir Soni and Neelam will get married by the end of Jan. And now Lara and her fiance Mahesh too are all set to marry in February most probably.

It seems that the couple who got engaged in September 2010 are planning to get married in February 2011. And the wedding destination, apparently, will be Lara's fave - Goa!

The couple have become a lot more open about public apperances and even tweeting about each other after Mahesh's divorce to first wife Shwetha Jaishankar came through. They were first spotted together at the Filmfare Awards, after which Mahesh also accompanied Lara to the IIFA Awards in Sri Lanka.
