Rani Mukherji is one actress who now takes news of her marriage as a joke. She has tied the knot at least six times, as per the media reports in the past many years. It has often been said that she is secretly married.

However, according to close sources Rani believes in the institution of marriage very strongly so she will not secretly marry a man. She believes in BAND, BAAJA and BARAAT when it comes to marriage and wants to get married in a traditional, happy, dappy, joyous, loud manner.

Ranveer's Women In Ladies vs Ricky Bahl

Ranveer Singh has become one of the most promising new comers of Hindi Cinema. His first film Band Baaja Baraat was loved by the audience and was a box office hit. Anushka Sharma and Ranveer's jodi and it's interesting chemistry captivated the masses and classes.

Now we do know that the two are coming together in Ladies vs Ricky Bahl - a movie in which Ranveer is a charming conman Ricky who cons girls for a living till he meets the girl he falls in love with.

However, the ladies play an important part too in the movie. Anushka Sharma is the leading woman. Then we got to know that Priyanka Chopra's cousin Parineeti Chopra is playing the role of another girl. Now the third lady has also been announced and it is model turned actress Dipannita Sharma. Dipannita is playing the role of a no nonsense corporate executive who will be charmed by Ricky Bahl too.

Ranveer and the ladies will start working for the movie in April and the movie will be released in Dec.

Ranveer Singh is one of the newest heart throbs in Bollywood. Girls are going crazy after him ever since Band Baja Baraat was released. The movie was a hit and Ranveer was appreciated for his performance immensely. There was a lot of buzz around his involvement with Anushka Sharma but both the actors denied such reports through out.

The winning team of Band Baaja Baaraat - Anushka Sharma and Ranveer Singh is back!

After the heartwarming success of BAND BAAJA BAARAAT, director Maneesh Sharma is back with his team, in Yash Raj Films' next offering LADIES V/S RICKY BAHL.

Starring Ranveer Singh, who has won everyone's heart with his endearing and scintillating performance, as well as the Best Actor (Debut) at all the award shows this year, and the accomplished and charismatic Anushka Sharma, the film is produced by Aditya Chopra and is based on a story developed by him. Habib Faisal has written the dialogues, the screenplay is by Devika Bhagat.

The music will be composed by Salim-Sulaiman, lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya and the film will be shot by Aseem Mishra (DOP), all of whom have been a part of BAND BAAJA BAARAAT.

LADIES VS RICKY BAHL is a fun-filled rom-com where a smooth and charming conman, Ricky Bahl, cons girls for a living but finally meets his match.

The film starts shooting early-April with plans to be in theatres worldwide on 9th December 2011, the same weekend BAND BAAJA BAARAAT released.

Salman Khan's blockbuster "Dabangg" made a clean sweep at the Chevrolet Apsara Awards on January 11 by bagging eight awards in different categories.

The film, produced by Arbaaz Khan and directed by Abhinav Kashyap, won in categories like best film, best actor (Salman Khan), best female singer (Mamta Sharma), best performance in a negative role (Sonu Sood), best female debut (Sonakshi Sinha), best music (Sajid-Wajid), best dialogues (Abhinav Kashyap) and best male singer (Rahat Fateh Ali Khan).

The film that followed 'Dabangg' in the awards' tally was 'Band Baaja Baraat' with six wins. It won for best editing (Namrata Rao), best art director (T.P Abid and Sonal Choudhry), best costume design (Niharika Khan), best actress (Anushka Sharma), best debut director (Maneesh Sharma) and best male debut (Ranveer Singh).

Apart from these, the evening also announced special awards. A new category called the President honour for outstanding achievement in cinema was won by Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan for their performance in 'Guzaarish' and Sanjay Leela Bhansali for directing the film that dealt with the story of a magician who becomes a paraplegic after a magic trick goes wrong.

The lifetime achievement award was given to Dharmendra for completing 50 years in the Hindi film industry. He was given his award by Yash Chopra and Shah Rukh Khan.

Insecurity haunts Anushka Sharma

Though she is no new comer in Bollywood and has done good roles in the past, but Anushka Sharma cannot help feeling insecure.

The reason: after doing three films with Yash Raj banner –Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, Badmaash Company & Band Baaja Baaraat, Anusha is moving out of the secure environs of YRF with her upcoming film PATIALA HOUSE.

But, we have digged out the real story. According to our sources, "Anushka is feeling insecure after venturing out of YRF. Though Patiala House might have everything going for it, but the fact that Anushka is without any mentor or the backing of a big banner is clearly visible in the glint of her eyes. No matter how hard she tries to put a brave face, insecurity remains a reality of her present life."

Anushka might be without a godfather in her upcoming film, but the fact that her talent has guided her in the past remains her best bet this time around too.
