I really don't need to say much about Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. I was a student at that time, so it seems like centuries have passed.

Anyhow, I basically like sad songs, cause they are close to reality. And sad songs say sad things in a very poetic way. And this is the only kind of peotry I can admire as I can't read Urdu unless it's written in Roman.

Well I totally agree with the woman that ishq kisi ko aise na tarpaye, dil ki baat rahe is dil mein hothon tak na aaye. But even if you have expressed your feelings, believe me witnessing marriage of someone you like is a never a nice experience.

However, this main line 'tujhay yaad na meri ayi kisi se ab kya kehna' wakes up the person. This is reality. That particular person didn't even think about you while taking that decision. It means you were never important.

Tauba Tumhare Yeh Ishare – Chalte Chalte

This is a very romantic, cool song. I basically like the main stanza.

Anyway, this song is dedicated to all the people who can't help giving hints all the time.

Tum Bhi Ho, Main Bhi Hoon - Main Hoon Na

Sexy, cool song! You know I love it.

I never say much about heroines but in this one, Sushmita indeed looks pretty hot. In fact both SRK & Sushmita make one hell of a couple. I also liked the movie Main Hoon Na.

Kal Ho Na Ho

Very deep, meaningful song!

I like the stanza in which priceless tip is given to idiots:

Chaahay jo tumhay pooray dil say
Milta hai woh mushkil say
Aisa jo koi kahin hai

Sexiest song ever! Sexy lyrics!



Plus Malaika looks too sexy but SRK looks a little healthy but nevertheless they look great together. I think this has been the sexiest song ever created in the history of Hindi cinema. This has been my all time favourite song.



And the line 'subah rangin, sham dilkash, raat hai eik sawal' is just too sexy for the word.

Chammak Challo - RA.One

Everybody is talking about this song Chammak Challo from the movie RA. One these days. The focus is firstly on the fact that Akon has sung this song while the rest of the hype is on Kareena Kapoor looking smoking hot in red.

I saw the video and couldn't understand what the entire hoopla is all about in the first place. This is a highly overrated song in my opinion. Even if Akon sang the song, its lyrics, music and the video has nothing that grows on you with time.

I find the choreography extremely weird. It could have been so much better had they chosen a better theme. For me the moves and the get up just doesn't work. The extras in the background look irritating as well.

Shahrukh Khan, on the other hand looks OLD and BAD. If there is anything good about this song it's got to be Kareena Kapoor although she too has not done anything spectacularly new. She has given the same age old iconic expressions of hers but she does look nice and one must give her at least a few points for that.

Anyway, since Chammak Challo is the new hot and people are blindly loving it enjoy all who wanted to watch and hear this one more time.

Krazzy 4

The SRK version of Krazzy 4 is always fun to watch. I think Shahrukh looks awesome and damn smart in this one with his pony. Although some of the dance steps were silly but he pulled it off.

I like the Hrithik Roshan version too but that is just too animated and one can't ignore all the rest of the elements besides Hrithik in it.

Katrina Kaif To Throw A Grand Birthday Bash This Year

Katrina Kaif is planning to host a grand birthday party for all the Bollywood celebrities and important personalities on 16th of July this year. Although, one can hardly forget her infamous 2008 birthday party, which was also attended by all the biggies of B-town. However, the limelight of that birthday bash was the open fight between Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan witnessed by many guests who were present at that time.

It was such a bad fight that the two superstars have not become friends till this day. Besides, Katrina stopped organizing any parties for the past three years after the unpleasant incident.

Things have changed now. Katrina's social circle has enhanced and she has to make sure that all the right people are given due importance. Also, now that she is evidently out of a relationship with Salman Khan, she is set to do things that suit her career most.

Thus, this year Katrina will organize a big party on 16th July and will also celebrate the release of her new movie Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara on the same day. She will invite all the Bollywood celebrities and VIPs to her party. She does fear that her party might be used to settle scores by some Bollywood stars. But for that, we will have to wait and watch this space.

Salman Khan's Sher Khan Might Be In 3D

It is Salman Khan's era like never before. The actor has come to a stage where he has become cooler, calmer and hunkier than ever before. Fortunately, all of this is accompanied by super duper hit flicks as well.

His stardom and success is making everyone anticipate more from the future. It is being said that his next film with brother Sohail Khan titled 'Sher Khan' could be in 3D. It is an adventure flick set in a rugged forest and Sohail apparently has planned for amazing special effects. All of this is leading to positive signs that the new movie will be out in 3D.

I am not too sure if Salman Khan did care about Shahrukh Khan in all this while but the media as usual is trying to make an uncanny and mean connection once again. This time, they are talking that perhaps the reason why Salman Khan's 'Sher Khan' will be in 3D is to compete against SRK's 'Ra.One'.

It is true that Shahrukh has been promoting 'Ra.One' as the mother of all sci-fi movies with the most awesome special effects with the focus on Dolby 7.1 time and again. But all of this does not mean that Salman Khan and his brother are taking measures to out do SRK.

As much as I have seen over the years, Salman Khan does not really give a damn about these things. He only ensures that his projects are completed well and that they turn out as success. It is only recently, that he is getting lots of positive attention but earlier he has seen many flops as well despite his super stardom status. While SRK, does have a reputation of taking head on fights against others in a nasty and clever manner to be more successful at the box office but that is not really Salman Khan's style.

Two Things That Make Sharukh Uncomfortable

Shahrukh Khan has been in the entertainment world for some 22 years but to date he has never locked lips with any of his heroines.

Recently, in an interview with a young journalist who asked SRK if it was true that he kissed Kareena for a scene in Ra One, Shahrukh responded candidly that he did.

In fact, the superstar went on to explain to the young journalist that she should not believe everything she reads on the internet. He said, there are two things he will never do. One is kissing his female colleagues on screen and secondly riding a horse. He said he is uncomfortable doing both and tells filmmakers the moment they bring a script that he will not lip lock or ride a horse.

Well, SRK may be one of the most materialistic men in the hindi cinema who may dance in weddings for money but even he has a few principles and to date the man has not compromised on lip locking in his movies because he is simply uncomfortable doing so. True that I read earlier that he did have a silly smooching scene in My Name Is Khan with a boy but that was omitted from the film on SRK's request. Apart from that, he has indeed never compromised on kissing scenes for his performances. And for that...one does respect the man!

Salman Khan To Work In Karan Johar's Next Venture?

Although it has been a good few years that Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan's cold war has not ended and we are all aware that Karan Johar is buddies with SRK for the longest time now but the latest grapevine suggests things are changing.

At the end of the day, movies are also business and everybody thinks about their own benefit. It is heard that Karan Johar is very much interested in casting Salman Khan in his next production. Obviously, SRK might not like it but the rumors are pretty strong.

Karan has approached Salman Khan for a fantasy action movie. It is going to be under the banner of Dharma Productions and will be directed by Rensil D'Silva who also made Kurbaan.

It all began when Karan asked Salman to come as a guest on his talk show but Salman asked him to give a remuneration as a token of donation for his charity. Now Karan never pays his guests but he thought of offering Salman a film instead. Looking at the way Salman's career graph is going, K Jo perhaps made a right move.

This movie is on the lines of Ocean's Eleven and both Karan and Rensil felt that Salman would bn the the best man for this role. Apparently, Karan loved the script in the first go. Last time, Salman and Karan worked together was in 1998 for Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and the movie worked for both of them.

Thus, it has been a long time and Karan feels that it is the right time to invest in a project with Salman under his own banner. Well nothing succeeds like success even if SRK would not be liking it much, the fact remains that Salman Khan is a hot property these days. Even SRK's best friend would take all steps to make more money rather than keep his friends happy.

Sunny Deol To Host A Stunt Based Reality Show

Sunny Deol has made a huge come back with Yamla Pagla Deewana. He has always had a loyal fan base and they accepted him beautifully even in a comedy flick.

The news is that Sunny Deol will be judging a stunt based reality show called Jaanbaaz on TV. Looking back, Sunny was perhaps the original action heroes of Bollywood and people loved him for that.

Since, there is a high demand for him these days, he took the challenge to entertain his audience on TV in something that he has always mastered - action!

After Akshay Kumar and Priyana Chopra, Sunny Deol is the third Bollywood star to host a stunt based reality show on TV.

It is good that he is doing these things. For the longest time, he was just labeled as the Sardar or the angry Punjabi man looking for justice. He needs to engage one on one with his audience to build a strong rapport with his audience. I am quite sure of one thing - whatever the show is like and however he hosts, Sunny will definitely do a better job than Shahrukh Khan who totally sucks on TV shows.

Vidya Balan has expressed her love for Shahrukh Khan very openly on a number of occasions. She has talked about her deep desire to work with the King Khan often also.

Well, yesterday Vidya Balan was on top of the world during the FICCI frames session when Shahrukh Khan danced with her on the stage. But that is not all, the international hunk Hugh Jackman joined these guys and danced a bit too and Vidya was literally flying high.

Vidya was so happy that she told the reporters that she would love to have Shahrukh Khan and Hugh Jackman in the sequel of Ishqiya and make the best triangle love story ever.

Anyhow, media is always talking about one thing and that is the real SRK in Vidya Balan's life - Siddharth Roy Kapoor from UTV. Vidya does not like to talk about him at all and every time she ensures that the only SRK she thinks about is Shahrukh Khan. However, there are rumors that they are actually going out or are engaged.

I really like Hugh Jackman but I don't like these pics at all. Vidya is looking like the eternal aunty in her sari and tightly closed bun, Shahrukh looks fake and Hugh Jackman is just not looking that great here. Being the outsider he is trying to enjoy his time there.

SRK to romance Salman’s girlfriend

The war between the 2 Khans might intensify as officially after all the denials from the B-town premier production house Yash Raj, Katrina and her managers, Katrina will be romancing her ex-lover Salman’s enemy no.1 Shahrukh on screen.

A source close to the production house finally breaks the silence and reveals, “Katrina was the first choice for the heroine’s role in Yashji’s film. She immediately said ‘yes’ to the film. She has loved the script and is looking forward to working with Yashji. She will play Shah Rukh’s romantic interest.”

Moreover, Katrina has bonded well with SRK. She was spotted with him at the birthday party of Hrithik Roshan. I guess Katrina is well sought actress & this has to happen some day. Why does the media think that it may intensify the enmity between the Salman & SRK?

"SRK and I were clear about 'Ra. One'" – Anubhav

Ever since 'Ra. One' went on floors, there have been countless conversations around ton loads of VFX that would be seen in the film, the sheer scale of the film, it's huge budget that is in excess of 100 crores and Shahrukh Khan's desire of making 'Ra. One' as the biggest film ever that has come out of India.

With so much talk about going 'big', one does feel a tad apprehensive that would 'Ra. One' stay on to be an out and out VFX affair or would there be actual content in the story that would be doing the talking as well?

"I am glad you asked this because I want to set things clear here," says Anubhav Sinha, the film's director, "Between me and Shahrukh, we have been clear right through the film's making that 'Ra. One' is the story of a father and his son. VFX and superhero fallback is just a medium of telling that story."

On being asked to elaborate, Anubhav draws a parallel here.

"Let me explain it this way," he begins, "See, when you are cooking a dish, you could serve it in a bowl with gold, silver or diamond cutlery. Still, at the end of it all, it remains a dish. This is how 'Ra. One' is; it is a dish made of a beautiful father-son story; everything else is a way we are presenting this dish."

Has SRK signed on Shakira for his IPL team?

Well we don’t have the answer as yet to this question but SRK wants to sign on Shakira for a promotional music video for his Indian Premier League (IPL) team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). The promotional song is going to be composed by Salim-Suleiman and sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. Anyway, SRK is clueless if Shakira is shooting for this video.

"We have a team of people working around the marketing for KKR. But I really don't know if Shakira is going to dance for KKR. It is wonderful if she would...but I really don't know yet," Shah Rukh said at a press conference in New Delhi on March 14.

However, SRK was overwhelmed when he met Shakira at the FIFA World Cup 2010 along with his family. He posted on his Twitter page, along with a family photograph with Shakira, in July 2010

"Gorgeous, gracious and absolutely heartwarming Shakira. (She) was so nice to the kids. We are (her) fans for life."

Look at SRK's new look in Don 2. We haven't seen Shahrukh in long hair for a very long time and certainly not looking so deadly as we can see from these stills taken during the shoot of Don 2. In this movie, Don will spend some time in the prison as well, as we can see from the pictures above. There is a lot of attitude in his look and eyes though. I hope it's better than the 1st part, which was a terrible re-make of the original Don.

Salman beats Shahrukh, Hrithik, Akshay, Big B

The latest trend of movie stars making a bee-line for TV shows has drastically altered this rate game. Now, every star is charging crores of rupees for a stint on TV. The latest to join this club is actor Hrithik Roshan.

Coming back to the rate-list, no one can dispute the fact that Salman Khan remains the highest paid star on TV today. The star charges between 3-5 crores per episode which is the highest a star can get. The latest reports that Hrithik is getting paid Rs 112 crore for his upcoming show have been refuted by many quarters. According to reliable sources, the actor is getting Rs 2 crore per episode for his TV debut.

In the past SRK, Akshay Kumar and Big B have also charged astronomical price for their shows but the trend setter in this rate-card game has been Salman Khan.
