I really don't have words for this song. I'm sure many people must have experienced this. It's their story. It has been my story as well.

Aamir Khan has given fabulous expressions. He's a perfectionist...there's no doubt about that :P And Sonu Nigam has added depth with his beautiful voice.

Every line has meaning to it. For instance, ' Kal koi tha yahin ab koi bhi nahin,' & it just not applies to your ex...Many a times, we meet strays & we get so much attached to them & when they're gone, you feel a void. You look at those places & it hurts to know they are not around anymore.

This line, 'Ab toote sapno kay shishe chubte hain in ankhon mein,' this is inevitable when it's a flop love story.

This is so true that you can't explain it to anyone. 'Ab kahan jaao mein, kis ko samjaon mein!' It' useless even if you try & the thing is you don't even try.

Perhaps one needs to learn few thing such as 'Jaise andhero ki ho gehrayi.' Moreover, one has to pay the price for everything, including feelings.

Well each & every line is beautiful.

'Tumko jo pyaar kiya maine tou saza mein payee tanhayee!' I think some people are ominous. They don't deserve to be loved, because even when you look back, there's nothing. And more importantly, they have nothing to give either.

Jo Haal Dil Ka Idhar Ho Raha Hai– Sarfarosh

Quite a sexy song! Both Aamir Khan & Sonali look great. I don't think everyone can look nice while dancing & singing in the rain.

Sarfarosh is one of Aamir Khan's best movies in my opinion. The story line is excellent. All the songs are nice. The movie revolves around cross-border terrorism. Naseerudin Shah makes an awesome villain. It's a brilliant movie. You are sure to love Aamir Khan in it & I've enjoyed watching it every time. You know the director researched & worked on this particular project for seven years & hard work shows.

Hosh walon ko khabar kya is my favourite song. It's got brilliant lyrics. About this song, what I basically like is both the people know exactly what's going on & after wasting so much time, when they meet again, they don't waste a single second...Very smart approach! I like it.

And there are couple of cool rain songs besides Mausam hai aashiqana. I'll try to cover them. Hope you guys enjoy this one.

Pehla Nasha – Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander

Sweet, lovely, cute romantic song!

All of them are looking cute. It's just that when Pooja Bedi imitates Marilyn for a second or something, she just insults the sexiest woman in the world. That was bad. Over all, the song is cute.

How Aamir Khan is running lost in his world...I think that is best thing about feeling something for even trash!


I didn't like the movie as such. But this song is for all times.

Imran Khan and Others Do Not Support The New Drinking Law

Imran Khan has decided to file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) against the government as he does not favor the new law in Maharashtra that has increased the alcohol consumption age to 25.

He said that he does not aim to endorse drinking amongst the youth but he feels the law is against the right of freedom. He finds it absurd that one can vote or marry at the age of 18 and 21 but cannot decide if one can drink or not.

Imran is not ,alone from the film fraternity who is against the new law. Even Amitabh Bachchan, Minissha Lamba, Sonam Kapoor and Aamir Khan have spoken against it.

Big B tweeted his opinion: ‘On drinking age limit increased to 25! Err…old and mature enough to vote for the country, or join army...and fight for the nation…but not old and mature enough to be told when you are allowed t drink??? Strange?!!! (sic).’

Well, I am with these guys on this one. It is strange to dictate when one can drink when people can vote, get married and do so much more at the age of 18. Does not make any sense. Looks like an intentional act to piss off people.

Aamir and Imran Khan In Delhi Belly's Promo

Imran Khan has been in the industry for three years but till now he has not hit the jackpot although he has the guidance of his perfectionist mamu - Aamir Khan.

Imran made his debut under Aamir Khan's banner in Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Naa. Although he can act well, he has not received amazing roles nor great appreciation so far. Thus, Aamir Khan has taken a lot of interest in ensuring that nothing goes wrong for Imran in Delhi Belly.

People have always anticipated and badly waited for Imran and Aamir to share screen space together and now it is happening. For the first time, Mamu and Bhanja will be seen in Delhi Belly's promo. This is the first time, Aamir Khan has worked in any promo for his production ventures. It shows he is going out of the way to support Imran and wants to turn the tables.

Aamir was so cautious about everything that he himself directed the promo. Apparently, the promo will be a funny one with Aamir playing the role of a producer only and he will be introducing the actors of the movie - Imran Khan, Vir Das and Kunal Roy Kapoor. The promo is a funny, verbal exchange between all the four men.

I have seen bits of the movie and Imran Khan looks interesting in Delhi Belly for the moment. The movie will be released on 1st July, 2011.

Dharmendra To Receive Dada Saheb Phalke Award

Oh I just had to write one more little post on this great actor Dharmendra. The original macho man and perhaps the most handsome actors of Hindi cinema will soon get the honorable Dada Saheb Phalke Award.

He humorously admits that throughout his career he never got any awards but at this age when he gets any award he feels so happy.

I just find him to be really cute with all the poetry he shared spontaneously with the crowds! And he is incredibly sweet and genuine unlike many others in the film industry. In fact, the thing I love about this man is the LIFE one sees on his face. He is always a happy and content man. Very few people are like that.

Though Aamir Khan stays away from most media gatherings but he will attend this particular award function to back and cheer the legendary actor.

Rimi Sen Not Contacted As Yet For Dhoom 3

Dhoom 3 has received lots of pre-hype buzz from the time people heard names like Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif being associated with the project.

We are quite aware of the consistent characters of the Dhoom sequels - Abhishek Bachchan as ACP Jai Dixit and Uday Chopra as Ali. Only the baddies are changed every time with John Abraham, Hrithik Roshan and now Aamir Khan to take charge of the darker roles.

However, Rimi Sen who played the role of Abhishek's wife (Sweety Dixit) in Dhoom and Dhoom 2 is absolutely out of the scene.

When she was contacted she candidly said that she had a substantial role in Dhoom but in Dhoom 2 it was merely a special appearance. She said she has not been contacted to play the role in Dhoom 3 as yet but if she will get the call, she doesn't want it to be some guest appearance. She wants a substantial role in the next venture.

Honestly, for me her role was always a very small insignificant role in the previous Dhoom ventures also. She was just showing skin in the first part if that is substantial enough for her and in the second part she was pregnant. Even if she will get a call this time, it is quite a big thing for an actress like her to be part of big projects such as Dhoom. I doubt there will be any SUBSTANTIAL role for her.

Andaaz Apna Apna Sequel To Be An Animated Film

There were always a lot of talk about the sequel of Andaaz Apna Apna - the 1994 box office blockbuster starring Aami Khan and Salman Khan.

However, now there is strong news that was revealed during the FICCI Frames 2011 sessions that there is work going on to make a sequel of the movie indeed. But it is going to be an animated film instead.

People wanted to know if both the Khans will provide the original voices in the animated movie, on which the filmmakers said they will try to get the two superstars aboard on this project if everything will work out well.

Aamir Khan Prefers To Go On A Different Road Unlike The Rest Of The Khans

Aamir Khan seems to go in the opposite direction every time. Now that all the other Khans are focusing on solo projects, Aamir is enjoying working in multi-starrer films.

Yes, this is true Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan and Saif Ali Khan are working hard in solo films where they are doing the one man show these days but Aamir has broken that rut and prefers working with movies that have many other stars.

He began this approach when he worked in Rang De Basanti. This was followed by 3 Idiots. And now he doesn't mind working in multi-starrer Dhoom 3 either. Well, whatever, Aamir does and whatever goes on in that brain of his, seems to be working in his favor every time. So, I guess he would not disappoint himself or his fans even now.

Though, I still feel Aamir has not really worked with actors like Amitabh Bachchan or Dilip Kumar till now. In fact he has not even worked with some of the better actors like Akshay Kumar, Shahrukh Khan or Arjun Rampal also for that matter. If he would work opposite such actors that would be even more impressive. I hardly consider people in Rang De Basanti and 3 Idiots to be a match of Aamir Khan's calibre. And a great actor like him should challenge himself for such a thing too because all the other Khans have been there, done that ages ago.

Aamir Khan turned 46 years old today (Mar 14). He celebrated his birthday with the fans and media just like he did last year. He cut the cake in his home in Mumbai. Then he spent time by meeting his fans and the press.

Aamir went out of the way to feed the cake personally to some of his fans too, which was rather sweet. He accepted gifts from the fans. He got lots of flowers and a Cricket World Cup replica trouphy too.

I love these pictures. He seems genuinely happy and sweet. In fact, he seems down to earth looking at his home and everything. He is what I call the REAL MAN with lots of personality. If only he wouldn't kiss in all his movies.

We wish him a very Happy Birthday and hope that he will continue the great work like all the years that he has spent in the industry.

Aamir Wants Acting Tips From Someone

Aamir Khan is an institution of acting himself. This, I believe should be the highlight of his performances over the years rather than his perfection. He was seen at Sussanne Roshan's new store launch where he revealed that for his villainous role in Dhoom 3, he is looking forward to take tips from Hrithik Roshan who is a great actor.

Recently, we noticed and reported that Hrithik seems all down because of his failures at the box office although he puts in a lot of hard work and efforts. He seems to have plunged into a depression. SRK also came to cheer him up because they feel he is a great actor.

May be Aamir Khan too wanted to tell Hrithik in his own way that box office failures and rejections by audience can not fail or stop a good actor from performing. Well, Aamir Khan can definitely make use of the acting tips given by Hrithik for Dhoom 3 because he does not think he is the best actor in the whole world. But he can't really make up for the Greek god looks of Hrithik in anyway for sure.

Rani Is Excited About Her Re-Union With Aamir & Kareena

Rani Mukherji is very happy that after so many years she is working with her old friends Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor in a movie. The title of their new movie is not decided as yet but it's tentatively called The Act Of Murder and is being directed by Reema Kagti.

Rani really missed working with Aamir, with whom she had her first major hit - Ghulam. She feels that she loves working with Aamir because she gets to learn so much from Aamir.

While she is equally excited about working with Kareena Kapoor. They acted together almost 8 years ago in Mujhse Dosti Karogi. Both the co-stars are quite happy to work together once again.

All three of them - Rani, Aamir and Kareena are attending acting workshops together for their upcoming movie and taking acting lessons to polish their skills.

Dhobi Ghat to release in Germany

German distributor has bought the rights of Dhobi Ghat & this is another reason for both Aamir Khan & Kiran Rao to celebrate. Soon Dhobi Ghat will be released in the theatres of Germany this year. The film has been produced by none other than Aamir Khan & distributed by UTV Motion Pictures.

"We are excited to work with Kiran Rao who has made a beautiful and touching film about life in Mumbai and we believe it will touch the hearts of German audiences," said Stephan Holl from Rapid Eye Movies.

Dhobi Ghat is a movie about 4 individuals from different walks of life. It is set in Mumbai.

Review - Dhobi Ghat

I wasn't getting the time to watch Dhobi Ghat but I did this week. Although it is a very small film about 90 minutes but I watched in two halves. The movie is written and directed by Kiran Rao. It was her first movie as a director.

The movie is about four characters belonging to different class and social strata. All of them live in Mumbai. The movie shows how they get into contact with each other. Aamir Khan plays the role of Arun - a very renowned painter who is a recluse. He keeps to himself and doesn't even make an appearance at his own exhibitions and show casing. I loved the way he was smoking. It was very natural. And the expressions he gave were brilliant.

Prateik on the other hand is a poor dhobi guy - Munna (Zohaib). He works as a dhobi in the day and as a rat at killer at night to earn extra money. But he likes to workout, dress up well and is a big fan of Salman Khan. He dreams to work in movies. He is a born artist and delivers dialogues in a flow. I loved his pet cat in the movie. 

Monica Dogra plays the role of an American banker (Shai) who has come to Mumbai for sometime. She is a bit different and becomes friendly with Munna. He asks Munna to show her dhobi ghat and other places. She and Arun also have a few sparks but Arun got all agitated and blew things up by telling her he isn't the relationship sort of guy. But Shai has the hots for him. Although there is a class difference between Munna and her but she is actually genuinely nice and friendly with him. I didn't really like her much but she was an important part of the story. 

The fourth character is played by Kriti Malhotra - another new comer. She plays the role of Yasmin. Arun finds a few tapes on which he saw Yasmin talking to her family who was elsewhere in India. She was a young girl who recently got married and was always alone. Arun got inspired by her natural way of expressing things. He felt her emotions, her pain, her loneliness and tried to understand her life through her tapes. Yasmin lived in the same flat in which Arun lived now. In the end, Arun discovered that the girl was so tired of her unhappy life and her unfaithful husband that she would hang herself. This was the best scene in which Aamir Khan really gave the best expressions ever. He seemed so helpless and was scared.

For Kiran Rao's first directorial work she did well. I liked the story and the script very much. Aamir and Prateik were great. In the girls I liked Kriti more. I actually liked the casting selection because everybody portrayed their class pretty well. I think most art movie fans would like it and people who look for movies with some depth could watch it. It is a clean movie and not at commercial.

Priyanka's burning desire

Recently in one of her interviews, Priyanka confessed that one of her biggest desires is to work with Aamir Khan & they have never shared screen space.

"It has been my long pending desire to work with Aamir. Though nothing has shaped up so far but I wish it happens some day. It is every actresses wish to work with Aamir and I'm no exception to it."

About the IT raids, Priyanka said that the issue was blown out of proportion when the reality was something else. Reality seems to be very different these days I suppose, cause lately Priyanka has asserted that the facts have been distorted by the media so far as her 7 Khoon Maaf is concerned. The men were never supposed to be a part of promotion & there have been various kinds of stories circulating about John being pissed off. And we don’t understand as to why John is making noise. Then Priyanka comes to his rescue & I’m sure Annu Kapoor must still be thinking that Priyanka didn’t make out with him in 7 Khoon Maaf. Good for him!

But nevertheless, this woman manages to work in good flicks which revolve around her character. And here actresses need to learn something from Piggy Chops, Vidya & Rani.

Katrina Signed Up For Dhoom 3

Well guys it has been decided now and the star cast of Dhoom 3 has been finalized. Abhishek and Uday Chopra will play their regular characters. Aamir Khan is going to be the new and interesting villain. And guess who is going to be the opposite Aamir??? Yes, guys Katrina Kaif was the final choice of the director and producer. 

A lot of the decision was based on looking at their classic photo shoot for Pyasa in which Aamir and Katrina were appreciated together by fans and critics. Though we heard that Priyanka was the main choice for this role till yesterday but now the reports are all in favor of Katrina Kaif.

On the other hand, Aamir Khan will not be charging his normal fees for Dhoom 3 rather he is going to have his stake in the profits of the film - approximately 33% of profits. 

I have never seen Katrina do any acting before and we will see how her acting skills will outshine opposite Aamir Khan - who is one of the best actors of India.
