Sohail Khan Blessed With A Baby Boy

After loads of success of Dabangg and Ready, the Khan family has another reason to celebrate.

Sohail Khan's wife, Seema, who is also a fashion designer gave birth to their second child on Thursday. The mother and baby boy are both doing fine.

They have not named their son as yet but have shortlisted a few names. Their elder son is named Nirvaan.

Many of their close friends and relatives were surprised to hear the good news because Seema is a very private person and was not seen at any event for the past few months. Thus, only a few were aware of her pregnancy.

Anyway, we wish Sohail and his family lots of happiness on the birth of his second child.

High Expectations From Salman Khan's "READY"

Salman Khan is breaking all the records with his super duper hit movies and thus is setting higher expectations for filmmakers and fans alike.

As per the latest figures, Dabangg did not just break the opening weekend record of 3 Idiots but also turned out to be the second highest grosser in the history of Hindi cinema by crossing the 140 crores net mark.

It is being predicted that Salman Khan's Ready might just be another blockbuster that would at least reach the 100 crores mark.

Well, we wish him all the best. I watched his much talked about song from Ready with Zarine Khan - 'Character Dheela Hai' and I really liked it so there is a feeler the movie might just meet the expectations.

Salman Khan Refused To Do Hot Physical Scenes With Sonakshi Sinha

Salman Khan will be acting opposite Sonakshi Sinha once again in the Telugu remake of 'Kick'. The Telegu version had Ravi Teja and Ileana D'Cruz together and the two shared quite intense and hot romantic scenes on the screen.

Now Salman Khan is not at all ready to have any intimate scenes with Sonakshi Sinha about whom he is quite protective. He literally treats her like a kid since she is some 22 years his junior.

This is why, Salman has refused to do any such scenes with Sonakshi in Kick. This was also the reason why we didn't see a lot of physical romance in Dabangg also.

Thus, for Kick they will opt for a nice romantic track to compensate. It is said that Rajat Arora who wrote the romantic track for 'Once Upon A Time In Mumbai' might re-write the scenes and romantic track for the Hindi version of Kick because Salman was quite impressed by his work in OUATIM.

Wow 22 years of age difference...it doesn't show! She looks just fine with him I guess apparently.

Arjun Rampal To Play A Real Life Cop Soon

Arjun Rampal is the next handsome hero who will be playing the role of a cop in a town of Uttar Pradesh. However, the character he will portray will be very different from Salman Khan's Chulbul Pandey in Dabangg.

Instead, Arjun's role is based on a real life police officer. This movie is called "Jai Ramji" in which Arjun will play the role of a real cop from Allahabad. His director Dhulia has asked Arjun to meet the real cop to understand his personality well.

According to Dhulia, this real cop knows about classical music, French beverages and also has the courage to deal with criminals. Arjun will have to work on all of these things.

Both Arjun and Dhulia discussed the get up of the cop keeping in mind that civil servants in UP are literate and have aesthetic sense. So, Arjun will spend two weeks to prepare himself. These guys don't just want him to wear the khaki and behave like a filmy cop.

Well Arjun Rampal is a great looking actor. Quite hot in fact. And he can act very well too. I feel he would pull this one off reasonably well too.

Munni Badnaam Hui Enters Guiness Records

The very well known item song from the movie Dabangg - Munni Badnaam Hui has achieved a new milestone as it has made its entry into the Guiness Book of World Records.

The song became part of Guiness for having the largest number of people dance together for it in one place. It happened in Melbourne, Australia when Malaika Arora danced with 1200 people on her hit song in the Indian Film Festival.

Before Munni Badnaam Hui, the same record was held by a song that was performed in Singapore when 1008 people danced together.

Well this is quite a big thing! Way to go Malaika and the rest of the people who have made their country proud!

Dabangg 2 Controversy Continues

Dabangg has had its share of success but it seems that Dabangg 2 is only surrounded by tonnes of controversies. The major one being the rift between the Khans and Abhinav Singh Kashyap.

Now Arbaaz Khan is directing Dabangg 2 as we all know but the new issue is the copyright of the film's story. The question is whether Arbaaz Khan has the rights or Abhinav Kashyap holds the rights?

An industry source said that for the original movie Dabangg, Abhinav had presented the idea to the Khans. Salman and Arbaaz gave the go ahead to the idea and it was decided to make it into a film. For Dabangg 2 also, Abhinav and the Khans had creative conversations. Though the basic idea was locked, the final script was not locked. This certainly means that this could lead to a copyrights issues since Abhinav is out of the picture and Arbaaz is controlling everything himself.

Arbaaz Khan said, "Dabangg has come and gone and for that Abhinav had got due credit both as a director as well as the co-writer. Now Dabangg 2 is an altogether new and a different film,"

On the copyrights issue he further said, "Let me set the record straight once for and all here. Story of Dabangg is with us and Abhinav doesn't have any rights with him. In any case, the original writer of Dabangg was Dilip Shukla while Abhinav only made contribution to the film's screenplay. Now with Dabangg 2 starting afresh, there isn't anyone who can come and stake any claim whatsoever."

Oh my God, this is such a turn off. The Khans and Abhinav had issues ever since they thought of making a sequel. Salman had a fight with Abhinav too. Then he left the movie completely. Already the thought of Sonakshi Sinha being a part of the movie is so irritating and the way these people are going is quite messed up. I getting bored of this drama.

Sonakshi Sinha To Work With Kamal Haasan

Sonakshi Sinha made a smashing debut in the film Dabangg although it was more or less Salman Khan's movie but she has received the best debutant awards in all the shows with her first movie.

Now there is news the very huge Sonakshi who often looks bigger than male actors on stage has signed up a south Indian movie opposite none other than the king of south Indian movies - Kamal Haasan himself. She will be playing the role of his wife (so even filmmakers feel she looks old enough to become wife of oldies). She will carry two looks - one entirely Indian and one completely Western.

The movie is an Indian version of Anthony Hopkins and Julianne Moore's Hannibal. Sonakshi will be leaving for London for the film's shoot.

Salman’s Dabangg 2 formula

The shooting of Dabangg 2 will begin in December 2011 & whoever’s not free at that time may say goodbye to the movie. Arbaaz Khan has made it very clear but yes Dabangg cannot exist without Sallu bhai. Moreover, December is the time when Salman Khan is free.

In Dabangg 2, Chulbul Pandey will move to the city & the story is how a rustic cop handles the city slickers he encounters in his own style.

The sequel would of course be as much as fun as the original was. Buzz is that a rocking song, similar to Big B's classic 'Pag Ghungroo' number from 'Namak Haram', is being planned. Everything sounds fun. There’s just one annoying & smelly factor about Dabangg – the heavy weight champion Sonakshi jee. We can’t say anything with certainty about others, but this sifarishi will definitely be free in December for sure.

Salman: READY & BODYGAURD not similar to DABANGG!

Well rumor has been going around that both Ready & Bodyguard are based on the same track as that of the blockbuster Dabangg. The print & the electronic media have been busy spreading this rumor. You know they can’t help it. If it’s not true, then it has to be in circulation.

Anyway Salman Khan has finally clarified that the 2 movies are not like Dabangg, which was a hardcore masala entertainer. Ready is a comedy & Bodyguard is a romantic action drama.

Few days ago, we did share the pics of Bodyguard. I think Salman Khan looks awesome but Kareena kind of disappointed me. It seems they haven’t paid much attention to her wardrobe in this flick.

Salman, who is always known for throwing special surprises for his fans suddenly, flung open the door and summoned the dancers to shake a leg with him on Humka Peeni Hai blaring in full volume from his vanity van.

No More Alcohol For Sallu

Salman Khan is quite content with the success of Dabangg and Bigg Boss 4 but the success never really gets to him. He is always hard working and dedicated. For his latest flick "My Love Story" which is being made by his brother-in-law, Atul Agnihotri, Salman had to get back his six packs.

Salman gained a lot of weight for his corrupt police officer role in Dabangg and has to shed off quite a lot of weight now. So the dedicated actor decided to stay away from drinking alcohol. It has been more than 20 days already that he has not touched the alcohol.

Sources close to him say that Salman is quite dedicated and it will not be a problem for him, no matter how much he loves to drink because every year he stays away from alcohol in Ramzan and Ganesh Chathurti as well.

Salman’s new love story

Bollywood ‘Dabangg’ Khan the muscle man Salman will be seen romancing a hottie in his next untitled love story to be made by produced under his dear brother Sohail’s banner.

The actor who is at the peak of his career has some super flicks lined up for this year like ‘Ready’, ‘Bodyguard’ and everybody was speculating which one would go on floors after ‘Bodyguard’ which also stars B-town Kareena Kapoor.

A close hand reveals that Salman next to go on floors will be a film produced by Sohail Khan Productions.

For Salman family comes first, so after ‘Bodyguard’ it will be his brother’s untitled film followed by Boney Kapoor’s ‘No Entry Mein Entry’, Sajid Nadiadwala’s ‘Kick’ and Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision’s ‘Partner 2’ and then ‘Dabangg’ sequel.

Sonakshi Sinha Has Broken The Size Zero Trend

The trend of having size zero figures and surf board abs is fast witnessing a decline in bollywood. Thanks to Sonakshi Sinha's look in her debut film Dabangg, the Indian woman with her curvaceous, well rounded and voluptuous look is in vogue again.

Though her rustic, Indian attired look was never designed to unleash a fashion coup, but eventually it has done so. Gone are the days when size zero was the standard evaluation of a heroines total worth, Sonakshi Sinha seems to have undone that trend. And the actress has no qualms about taking credit for this new trend.

Speaking about bringing the Indian woman back as an ideal sex symbol, Sonakshi says, "People have told me they are happy that the full-figured Indian heroine is back. I have broken the size zero mould. I don't agree with the concept of being stick thin. At the end of the day, Indian men want women who are well-rounded, voluptuous and curvaceous, someone they can hold."

Oh God, I don't know what to say now. I feel she is a bit over sized. Overly rounded, voluptuous and the curves were not that visible. I definitely feel a smart well toned body is a must for visual cinema not heaps of flesh with tonnes of support from daddy and Khan brothers. I agree looking at her 3rd picture, she did work out on reducing her weight for her personal motivation but that's her own thing.
